Every few days we post a short clip from the farm on YouTube. Here are all twelve from August in one place — tap any of them to play it right here.
Hens, roosters and newcomers
Ishiko’s children get their good looks from their mom. Taiyo is resting up and recovering — those eyes are powerful! — and Koji is a rooster who has lately become very friendly with me. Pachita is one super-cute hen, our newcomers (Olive Eggers and Rhode Island Reds, with a rooster mixed in — oh well!) made their debut, and Ichigo and Yamabuki seem to be in a rather nice mood together. There’s also a photo gallery of everyone’s best smiling faces.
Cats and hammocks
Taro, what are you doing? If Natsu finds out, there’ll be trouble! Meanwhile Natsuo proves that cats love hammocks, rolling around and around.
Bath time
It was bath time for the tortoises — and is Fukumaru joining in? Little Sesame the duck enjoyed a solo bath, and Fifi, our big but timid goose, wants to get into the pool too.
Thanks for following along with life at Chicken Paradise. New clips go up every few days on our YouTube channel.
