Every few days we post a short clip from the farm on YouTube. Here are all eight from May in one place — tap any of them to play it right here.
Taro, chicks and moms
For some reason Taro loves chicks — he seems to think they’re his friends and plays right alongside them. And one little one stuck close to mom, kangaroo-style.
Hens, roosters and eggs
Why does everyone want that one nest box? I caught an egg directly, right as it was laid. Then a double-take — you’re a rooster, aren’t you? And yes, this is also a chicken.
Around the farm
Some pigeon chicks fell out of their nest, so we fed them. I’ve been practicing on the tractor, and we found something rare: it looks like an earthworm, but it’s a Brahminy blind snake.
Thanks for following along with life at Chicken Paradise. New clips go up every few days on our YouTube channel.
