Good morning! You too, good morning. Howl, what are you doing up there? That looks hard on your feet. You’re so big — and you run away whenever I come close. Why are ducks so hard to tame?
Morning rounds
The one running around over here, acting suspicious, is Honey Lemon Tea. A funny name, I know. She’s the mother of Othello and Dal — and she’s already gone.
Prince, good morning! Princess, good morning! So cute. Oh, big sis is scary, scary! No, no, no, no! …Oh, so squishy!
The guinea fowl are always together in a group of three. The newcomers have taken refuge somewhere high up. And the turtles are out in the playground, moving surprisingly fast.
Spot the mistake
Now, everyone, please look at this. What’s wrong with this picture? This is the peaceful, peaceful room where our egg-layers and the big hens live. The ducks are as usual. And today, once again, the nest boxes are full. Huh? Something’s not right, is it?
Natsu, what are you doing? After Basil, now this? You’ve got the right gender, but the wrong species! And here’s a hen with no sense of danger at all. That’s a predator, you know!
Around the farm
How about you, Tease-chan? You’ve stopped being mean lately. Want to change your name to Kind-chan? …She says she’s not that nice.
Cinnamon, who has one eye, is muttering away. You’ve figured out that this is the coolest, most comfortable spot on the farm, haven’t you? She says she’s not giving it up.
Niji — what happens twice happens three times. Something has bitten Niji on the neck again. I’m filming after it has healed a little, but this clearly isn’t a wound a chicken made. A mongoose again, or a big rat? I don’t know. Niji seems perfectly fine, though normally you’d hate that. A little sneeze — and apparently it’s nothing.
And Ao, are you stuck on top of that plate? So cute — what is that? …Oh, already asleep.
Thank you for watching Chicken Paradise! See you in the next episode.
